Join our growing team that stretches across the OKC Metro. Our independent agent program is simple. You earn 80% on every transaction you generate up to a $15,000 cap; after that, you keep it all.

$75,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly

• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
