Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a care provider for my mother in her 70s who currently resides in a nursing home memory care environment. Tasks would include assistance with medication, assisting with feeding (meals provided), providing companionship, maintaining safety in wheelchair, and assisting staff with toileting/transferring. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. She uses a wheelchair and is in late stage dementia. She responds best to soft-spoken, kind individuals who will take their cues from her. I am flexible in available hours, though mainly looking for someone who can come in the afternoons for several hours between 1pm-7 p.m.
