Nanny Needed

Our son is a bright, high-needs baby who thrives with close, responsive caregiving. We are looking for someone who understands infant attachment and believes babies deserve comfort rather than being left to cry. The right nanny will: - Provide warm, responsive, attentive care throughout the day. - Be comfortable with contact naps and babywearing as needed. - Engage him through age-appropriate developmental activities, conversation, reading, music, tummy time, and sensory play. - Follow his cues while helping establish healthy routines. - Be fully present and engaged during working hours.
