Production Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: MARION, IN

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely
• Assist in assembling products according to quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Relevant manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working in an SQF-certified facility is a strong plus
• Demonstrated stability in previous roles with a pattern of long-term employment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
