Production Machine Operators

Our client, in Thorp, WI an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated and motivated Production Machine Operators to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Machine Operators

Location: Thorp, WI

Pay Range: $19 - $22.50

1st- M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm with some OT Fridays
2nd-M-TH 3:25pm – 1:55am M-TH with some OT Fridays

What's the Job?

•  Read, understand, and follow production schedules
•  Set up and adjust equipment
•  Gather materials as needed
•  Perform quality checks
•  Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc) as needed
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required 
• Perform housekeeping duties
•  Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned 

What's Needed?

• Preferably one-year experience in a manufacturing setting
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with measuring tools like tape measure and caliper
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
