We are partnering with an established hospitality group bringing a new restaurant concept to Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Restaurant Manager to join the opening team and play a key role in building the restaurant from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, developing teams, and helping establish the culture and operational standards of a new restaurant.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations while working closely with the leadership team to launch a successful new restaurant. This hands-on role is perfect for a leader who thrives in opening environments and enjoys building strong teams, implementing processes, and delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will help create a service-driven culture, support team development, and ensure the restaurant provides a consistent and outstanding guest experience.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest experience
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
• Establish service standards and operational procedures
• Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor performance
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams for seamless execution
• Support pre-opening training, onboarding, and operational setup
• Maintain excellence in service, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
• Build strong relationships with guests and team members

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
• Experience in full-service restaurant operations
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily operations
• Opening experience preferred but not required
• Hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills
