AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech in Tacoma, Washington, 98430!
Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment working 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The technologist will perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures. The department averages approximately 12 studies per day and utilizes GE and Philips equipment along with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS.

- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience.
- Active Washington State Nuclear Medicine license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification.
- Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT) verification required.
- Experience performing stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures.
- Experience with EPIC and PACS systems preferred.
- Ability to start IVs.
- Availability for occasional weekends, holidays, and limited call.
