Job Title

RN – Med/Surg/Tele – Ortho

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry Orthopedic unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a combined Med/Surg Telemetry or Orthopedic unit setting
• ACLS certification
