Don Berger Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Craftsman to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential construction, including custom homes, additions, remodeling, framing, decking, siding, window installation, and other projects where attention to detail and craftsmanship matter.

Responsibilities

• New home construction

• Residential framing

• Remodeling and additions

• Deck construction

• Window and door installation

• Siding installation

• Safe operation of power tools, saws, and construction equipment

• Material handling and heavy lifting

• Job site organization and cleanup

• Maintaining a safe, productive, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Experience using common carpentry tools and equipment

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly

• Comfortable working at heights

• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying Wisconsin weather conditions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
