Senior Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Summary:
 The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the school’s financial operations by processing and maintaining accounts payable records under the direction of the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

●     Process invoices and check requests

●     Prepare payments and electronic transfers

●     Reconcile vendor statements

●     Maintain accounts payable records and reports

●     Assist with 1099 reporting and program-related reports

●     Communicate with vendors and staff
