Client Services Associate

We are an Investment Firm providing Investment Advisory Services and Financial Planning to clients ranging from individuals, businesses, 401k plans and more. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing financial services team. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting our financial advisors and the other client service associates with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and client paperwork.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate client meetings.
• Process service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and professonal appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry software.
• Previous client service, administrative, or financial services experience is preferred but not required.
