Job Description
SUMMARY
We are looking to Hire IMMEDIATLEY a Telephone Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunications company proving Internet/VIOP for residents and businesses throughout the local communities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist customers over the phone and through email.
· Answering questions about services we offer.
· Scheduling installations and discos.
· Create a trouble ticket for service experiencing issues.
· Assist customer in attempting to troubleshoot issues.
· If needed, schedule a service call for field techs.
· Monitor orders to ensure full workflow has been completed.
· Follow up with field techs when installations are not completed.
· Route calls to appropriate departments.
· Assist in projects as director by supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Excellent communication skills to manage interactions with customers.
· Good work ethic and able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
· High school diploma, GED.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet applications
