Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Soldering Technicians for a production project involving the assembly of Belimo valve components. This role requires precision soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production environment. The project consists of approximately 1,300 units.

Key Responsibilities
- Solder electrical connectors onto Belimo valve assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Complete approximately 1,300 valve assemblies while maintaining production goals.
- Inspect solder joints to ensure proper connection, appearance, and functionality.
- Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns.
- Utilize soldering irons, hand tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality control requirements.
- Meet daily production quotas while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with precision soldering in a manufacturing, electronics, or assembly environment.
- Ability to produce clean, reliable solder joints with minimal rework.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience soldering connectors, wires, or electronic components.
- Familiarity with IPC soldering standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001) is a plus.
- Experience in electromechanical assembly or production manufacturing.
