CDL Company Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking dependable CDL Company Dump Truck Drivers to join our Englewood, TN team. This role offers steady, year-round local driving with a Monday–Friday day shift schedule and optional weekend shifts. Drivers will be home daily, enjoy competitive wages, and have access to full benefits after 90 days. Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security
• Secure loads properly and adhere to safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Submit customer paperwork including invoices, load orders, and reports
• Manage time efficiently and follow schedule adherence
• Operate manual transmission vehicles when required
• Maintain positive daily customer interactions and relations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Class A CDL license
• Experience operating manual transmission vehicles
• Strong vehicle inspection and safety compliance skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Effective time management and load securement expertise
• Dependability and strong documentation practices
