Salesman

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, educate customers on the insurance restoration process, and help them navigate the roof replacement process from start to finish. You'll build relationships within the community, generate new leads, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing Rain Roofing Pros with professionalism and integrity.

No roofing experience is required we're looking for people with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn. Sales experience is a plus but not required. If you're coachable, self-motivated, and enjoy helping people, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to earn a six-figure income while working with one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in West Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential roof inspections
• Meet with homeowners and explain the claims and roofing process
• Generate leads through networking and neighborhood canvassing
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate with project managers throughout the job
• Represent Rain Roofing Pros with professionalism and integrity
• Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional experience

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and independently
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow
