Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Assist customers with questions, account inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while providing timely follow-up.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- 1+ years of call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting bilingual customers in a call center or customer service environment.
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused in challenging situations.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
