Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with questions, account inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while providing timely follow-up.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
  • 1+ years of call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting bilingual customers in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused in challenging situations.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
