Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead sourcing activities for strategic and operational suppliers.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and performance objectives are met.
• Select and integrate suppliers into product development programs through the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to support product launches and build events.
• Lead supplier performance improvement and corrective action initiatives.
• Facilitate supplier quality planning and validation activities.
• Drive cost reduction and value improvement projects.
• Support Supply Chain Integration (SCI) projects and manufacturing operations.
• Analyze supplier, cost, quality, and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve complex supplier and internal stakeholder issues through effective communication and negotiation.
• Create, maintain, and improve reports, databases, and supply management systems.
