Restaurant Manager - Shift Leader - Full-time / Part-time

**EXPERIENCED FAST FOOD OR RESTAURANT MANAGERS / SHIFT LEADERS ONLY**

Applicant must have:

• knowledge and ability to manage Labor & Food Cost
• Great Customer Service and Guest Recovery skills
• can lead from the kitchen and be comfortable cooking, prepping, packing and taking Drive thru orders. 
• Experience of Drive Thru and ability to maintain Speed of Service of 3 mins or under
• Strong and Intelligent employee management skills with ability to maintain discipline.
• Cash/Deposit handling responsibility
• Sharp Awareness of all aspects of shift to ensure smooth operations, for example:

a) Product availability by being proactive during rush periods.

b) Intelligent use of labor and delegation of tasks

c) being an expeditor between kitchen and service stations. 

• other duties may include but not limited to, inventory count, store cleaning and maintenance, staff training.
