About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor / Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations throughout the Philadelphia and Camden markets.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Unit Operations
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for 3–4 restaurant locations.
- Ensure each restaurant consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and brand execution.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Develop succession plans and prepare future restaurant leaders for advancement.
Financial Performance
- Monitor sales, labor, food cost, profitability, and key operational metrics.
- Analyze restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve financial results.
- Ensure restaurants meet or exceed budget and performance expectations.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to drive sustainable business growth.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company operating standards, food safety regulations, and health department requirements.
- Support new initiatives, operational programs, and company objectives.
- Maintain consistent execution across all assigned restaurants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual environment.
- Previous multi-unit management experience preferred; strong General Managers with demonstrated leadership success are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience managing restaurant operations, labor, food cost, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations.
- Must reside within approximately one hour of the Philadelphia/Camden market.
