Position Description:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to Site Directors within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, CCBHC standards, and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee regional clinical program development and implementation, including evaluating community needs, expanding services, improving access to care, and supporting the growth of overall programming.
  • Support and mentor Site Directors in clinic management, including staffing, service delivery, performance improvement, program development, and achievement of organizational outcomes.
  • Utilize regional performance metrics and service outcomes, utilizing data to identify opportunities for improvement, address barriers, and enhance clinical effectiveness and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and department directors to develop regional strategies, address system-level challenges, and support agency-wide initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, healthcare organizations, and local stakeholders to strengthen regional collaboration and increase access to behavioral health and substance use services.
  • Assist with the development and expansion of clinical programs and specialty services, including assessing community needs, supporting implementation plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Identify workforce needs and support recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts for clinical and operational teams within the assigned region.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous quality improvement by coaching leaders, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services across all regional sites.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health related field required.
  • Minimum of two years clinical experience working in a supervised treatment setting.
  • Posses a valid Oklahoma license to practice psychotherapy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
  • Basic understanding of social and cultural factors influencing human behavior.
  • Knowledge of community cultures and how they impact the agency's involvement in the community.
  • Experience collaborating with community partners and building relationships with referral systems.
  • Travel within agency service area
  • Travel to meetings as necessary
