Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

We’re looking for a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team! This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of our facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and completing required documentation
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring accurate records are up to date
• Load and unload trucks (using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed)
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and assist with customer scheduling
• Perform data entry in QuickBooks and handle other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move packages safely
• Basic computer and data entry skills (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
