Entry Level Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a face to face sales role representing telecommunications products and services, including phone, TV, and internet with our client AT&T.

This is a W2 direct hire position with consistent weekly pay and performance-based earnings.

Compensation:

• Average earnings of $900–$1,000 per week (including commission)
• Choice of salary or uncapped commission
• Paid weekly

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Set schedule (Mon-Fri 11am-7pm)
• Some Saturdays optional

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers face-to-face in the field to present products and services
• Explain available phone, TV, and internet options based on customer needs
• Answer questions and provide a clear, professional customer experience
• Complete sales transactions and submit the necessary information accurately
• Track daily activity and sales performance
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment
• Reliable and goal-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
