In this role, you will support patient care in both clinical and procedural settings while working closely with our providers in a holistic, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in venipuncture, and eager to expand their clinical skillset, including learning IV therapy. This position blends hands-on clinical responsibilities with patient interaction and education to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
LPN candidates are preferred; however, highly experienced CMAs will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake procedures including vitals, medical history updates, and documentation
- Perform venipuncture for laboratory testing and specimen collection
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and therapies
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Administer medications and injections as permitted by credential and scope
- Educate patients on treatment instructions, protocols, and follow-up care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain complete medical records
- Monitor patients during treatments and report concerns to providers
- Support clinic flow and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experience
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulations
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing OR CMA certification
- LPN strongly preferred; experienced CMA candidates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in venipuncture required
- Interest in learning IV therapy and advanced clinical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest or experience in holistic, functional, or integrative care preferred
Why Join Us?
- Ability to provide patient-focused care without insurance limitations
- Collaborative team environment integrating multiple disciplines
- Hands-on training and skill development opportunities
- Supportive, growth-oriented workplace committed to whole-person care
