Your Role (Start as a Field Appointment Setter)

• Knock assigned neighborhoods (outdoors & active)
• Have real conversations with homeowners
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Track your activity and hit targets
• Learn high-level sales skills every single day

Performance = Promotion. Hit 3 quality sets and you become eligible to start closing deals with much higher commissions. Compensation (100% Commission – Uncapped)

• Setter: $500–$1,000+ per completed deal
• Closer: $2,000–$7,000+ per deal
• Manager overrides: $3,000–$10,000+
