Restaurant General Manager

General Manager | Arlington, TX | $60,000/year + Bonus

A high-volume, fast-casual restaurant concept is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-casual)
• Previous General Manager experience preferred
• Strong Front-of-House and Back-of-House operational knowledge
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
• Track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification required
• TABC Certification required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
