Forklift Operators

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support a high-volume distribution center. This role requires operating warehouse equipment while performing case picking in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Candidates must be comfortable working under strict productivity standards and maintaining accuracy at speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (reach truck, sit-down, stand-up, EPJ) safely and efficiently
• Perform high-volume case picking, building pallets accurately and securely
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity standards (cases per hour / efficiency goals)
• Use RF scanners to pick, track, and verify orders
• Load, unload, and move product throughout the warehouse
• Maintain organization of pick locations and staging areas
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues immediately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times

Performance Expectations:

• This is a production-based role with strict performance metrics
• Employees are expected to maintain consistent productivity and accuracy throughout the shift
• Failure to meet required production or quality standards may result in coaching or separation

Qualifications:

• Recent forklift and/or case picking experience in a high-volume environment required
• Proven ability to meet cases per hour and efficiency goals
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of urgency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8–10+ hours
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced distribution center with constant movement
• May include varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions

Schedule & Pay:

• 2 Shifts Available: 1st Shift 5:00am -1:30pm & 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
• Pay: 1st $18.00 2nd $18.84
