Commercial Punch List Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Punch List Specialist to join our construction team. This position is responsible for completing final punch list items on commercial projects, ensuring all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations before turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete punch list items on commercial construction projects.
• Perform drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and texture matching.
• Complete interior and exterior paint touch-ups with attention to color consistency and finish quality.
• Apply caulking and sealants around doors, windows, frames, fixtures, and expansion joints.
• Perform finish work including trim installation, hardware adjustments, and other final detailing.
• Identify and correct cosmetic and workmanship deficiencies.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of punch list items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in drywall repair and finishing.
• Experience with commercial painting, including touch-ups and finish matching.
• Proficiency in caulking and sealant application.
• Knowledge of commercial finish work, including trim, doors, hardware, and final detailing.
• Ability to read and work from punch lists, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders and active construction sites.
