Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level NICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Support and educate families of neonatal patients throughout the care process

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NRP certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification
• Completed NICU skills checklist within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a short-term acute care or teaching hospital environment
