Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll processing and administer employee benefits for our growing organization. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting benefits enrollment and employee questions.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records, deductions, and tax compliance
  • Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
  • Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Assist with annual open enrollment
  • Maintain benefits records and ensure accurate payroll deductions
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and assist employees with benefit questions

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and benefits administration
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, or similar) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Compensation details: 22-27 Hourly Wage
