Warehouse Lead Forklift

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Lead/Forklift to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead/Forklift, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Medley, FL

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products
• Lead and oversee unloading of inbound shipments and ensure proper stacking of products
• Pick and stage outbound shipments efficiently and accurately
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring all products are properly counted and documented
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards

What's Needed?

• Successful communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to establish priorities and multitask effectively
• Experience with personal computers and material handling equipment
• High School Diploma or GED required; three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse environment, including one (1) year in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience with freight forwarding, routing, and scheduling of trucks
