Assembly - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in electronic manufacturing, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Pay Range:  $18/hour

Shift: 05:30am-3:30pm; Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Interact daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.
• Work on routine assignments that require limited judgment, following detailed instructions and receiving close supervision.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and internal customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Prior experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly is a plus but not mandatory.
