Loader

Our client, a leading wood manufacturing organization, is seeking a Loader to join their team. As a Loader, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations in the finishing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Loader

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Load and unload wood products onto and off paint booth racks, conveyors, or workstations
• Move materials and finished products safely and efficiently throughout the production area
• Inspect products for damage or defects before and after the painting process
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
