Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join their team. You will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator / Material Handler

Location: Kansas City, MO - Near KCI

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift
• Picking orders manually and accurately
• Packing items and printing labels for shipments
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift is preferred 
• Must wear steel-toed shoes at all times
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and stoop for entire shift
• Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled environment
