Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Rotate between day and night shifts, including every other holiday and 3 weekends per six-week schedule
• Float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics units based on staffing needs
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia (pending license accepted at time of submission; must be in-hand by the Wednesday prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification (copy required at submission)
• Current PALS certification (copy required at submission)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursys verification required for submittal
• References required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric cardiac experience
• BSN degree preferred
