Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Perform routine preventative maintenance, including greasing equipment, lubricating chains, and servicing gearboxes.

Inspect production equipment to identify maintenance needs.

Troubleshoot and diagnose minor mechanical issues.

Complete basic repairs and replace components such as belts, chains, and rollers.

Work closely with production team members to maximize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, confined space procedures, and restricted area guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.

Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.

Strong electrical background (3-phase, 480v)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills.

Ability to work effectively with production teams to support safe and reliable equipment operation.
