Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and responding to cardiac rhythm changes and clinical deterioration
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Telemetry or Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and respond to telemetry rhythms in an acute care environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a high-volume acute care or referral hospital
• ACLS certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in large hospital environments
