CNC Manual Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating manual machine tools and be capable of setting up and operating CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes and other manual machining equipment.
• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Machine parts to tight tolerances while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of machining experience preferred.
• Required experience operating manual lathes.
• Required experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
