Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
• Support evaluation of clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown clinical setting
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system
• Ability to work day shift in an onsite environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a cardiovascular, surgical, or medical ICU stepdown environment
• Demonstrated ability to support nursing leadership in maintaining clinical standards and staff accountability
