Claims Specialist

Job Responsibilities

As a Claims Specialist, you will:

• Review and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

• Communicate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information for claims processing.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other departments to improve claims processing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in claims processing or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

• Willingness to continue professional development through training and certifications.

Compensation details: 35-40 Hourly Wage
