Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Observation unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Ability to work weekend day shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Observation or step-down unit setting
• Familiarity with HCA Healthcare systems and workflows
• Experience with Joint Commission-accredited facilities
