Job Title
Registered Nurse – Vascular OR (CVOR)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday (scheduled per unit needs) | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities- Circulate complex vascular surgical cases including endovascular, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, thrombectomy, carotid, AV fistula, amputation, and cold leg procedures
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity vascular operating room environment
- Participate in on-call rotation, averaging 6–8 calls per month including occasional weekend and holiday call
- Utilize electronic health record system (EPIC) for accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and wear a provided radiation badge as required
- Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state compact RN license must be in hand at the time of contract start
- Minimum of 2 years of vascular OR circulating experience
- Demonstrated ability to circulate complex vascular cases (scrubbing experience not required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications – must be American Heart Association (AHA) issued
- Willingness and ability to participate in on-call assignments, including weekends and holidays
- First-time travelers with 5 or more years of vascular OR experience may be considered
- Familiarity with a wide range of vascular procedures including TEVAR, FEVAR, EVAR, and carotid surgery
- Prior experience working in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, or Magnet-designated hospital
- Opportunity to work in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated teaching facility with a robust vascular surgery program
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of complex vascular procedures in a dynamic and collaborative OR environment
