School Psychologist in Springfield, VT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate is required
• Previous experience supporting K-12 students in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong assessment, consultation, and behavioral intervention skills
• Expertise in working with students across a range of grade levels and learning needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and interpret results for educational planning
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement student support plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary meetings across the district’s four buildings
• Offer individual and group counseling, as well as consultation with parents and families

This contract position expects a full-time weekly commitment of 35-37.5 hours, running from August 26, 2026 through June 14, 2027. The environment promotes meaningful collaboration and the opportunity to help shape positive outcomes for students at all grade levels.
