CNC MachinistPay Rate: $20–$25/hourLocation: Corvallis, ORWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming, machining processes, and quality inspection while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Utilize supplied Mastercam programming software to create CNC programs for parts produced on Haas Mills and Turning CentersProgram existing and new parts as needed to support shop production needs and outside job workSet up and operate CNC machines to produce precision componentsComplete small production runs with a focus on efficiency and repeatabilityRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specificationsDe-burr and inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and uniformityUse precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specificationsMaintain machines in proper working order and report any issues as neededIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and machining speeds through additional tooling and make recommendations for tooling purchasesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentConsistently arrive on time and maintain reliable attendanceQualifications:Previous CNC machining and programming experience preferredExperience with Mastercam or similar CNC programming softwareExperience operating Haas Mills and/or Turning Centers preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of machining processes, tooling, and inspection methodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksThis is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist looking to work on a variety of projects with small production runs in a precision manufacturing environment.#albor
