Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Take on an impactful contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting students across multiple grade levels. In this role, you'll serve district-wide, collaborating with fellow education professionals to assess student needs, provide counseling, and develop individualized plans that help students thrive. With four buildings and a full-time schedule, your expertise will greatly benefit the K-12 community throughout the academic year.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably serving K-12 populations
  • Knowledge of conducting evaluations, interpreting data, and guiding intervention strategies
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and administrators
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students across four school sites
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for special education eligibility and intervention planning
  • Consult with faculty and families to support student learning and social-emotional needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and behavioral plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Offer crisis intervention and preventive services as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Contract Details and Perks:

  • Full-time schedule: 35-37.5 hours per week from August 26, 2026 to June 14, 2027
