What You’ll Do:

• Assist with setting up CNC machines to ensure optimal operation

• Operate and monitor CNC equipment to produce precise, high-quality parts

• Maintain and change tooling to meet production specifications

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

• Conduct inspections of finished components to ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues promptly

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0–2 years of machining experience preferred, but candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply

• Fundamental knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes

• Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Adaptability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
