What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Vermont Physical Therapist license required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students across K-12, adapting interventions to different developmental levels
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and IEP teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload, assessing and supporting students’ gross motor needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational staff and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide guidance to faculty and staff on strategies to support students’ mobility and physical access within the school environment
