Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of OT experience, preferably within a school environment

- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation requirements
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students requiring occupational therapy
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to promote best practices and facilitate student participation
- Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on student goals and accommodations
- Offer expert guidance on adaptive equipment and modify learning activities to maximize student success
- Provide resources and support to school personnel and families as needed
