Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum of one year of OT experience, preferably within a school environment

• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation requirements
• Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students requiring occupational therapy
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to promote best practices and facilitate student participation
• Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on student goals and accommodations
• Offer expert guidance on adaptive equipment and modify learning activities to maximize student success
• Provide resources and support to school personnel and families as needed
