Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a reliable and organized Material Handler to help keep our warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly in Northborough, MA with $19/hr pay for 3months contract (potential temp to perm opportunity). In this role, you’ll support the movement of materials, manage inventory, and help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Monday to Friday)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Coordinate outbound parcel shipments using carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Schedule, track, and manage larger shipments with freight carriers and freight forwarders.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on computer tracking systems.
- Partner closely with the Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, and Planning teams to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
- Proven experience coordinating shipments with parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
- Strong experience working with freight forwarders (such as Crane or similar) is highly preferred.
- Solid basic computer skills for inventory logging and tracking documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
