Companion Care Needed

I am my mothers only caregiver. I am looking for someone who could maybe help me out one week a month to give me a break. My mother is really easy-going. The only thing I need is for someone to be here and make her meals. She likes to listen to TV and goes for a walk in the backyard, she does use a walker, she is pretty self-sufficient when it comes to everything else. she just cant cook and I don't want to leave her alone.
