Babysitter Needed

Seeking a dependable, recurrent, on-call babysitter for my daughter. She is an autistic, nonverbal, incredibly intelligent and affectionate 3-year-old who loves hugs, trying different cheeses, and Super Simple Songs on YouTube. I primarily need care for occasional days and overnights every other weekend (approximately 2 days/nights per month). Seeking someone trustworthy, patient, positive, and energetic, someone with "kindergarten teacher" energy that she looks forward to seeing. She is sweet and easy to love once she has warmed up to you. Experience with autism or special needs is preferred.
